Refunds Policy

At Unlimited Reach LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality marketing and engagement services that help our clients grow their online presence and brand visibility. Because every campaign involves dedicated time, strategy, and resources, all purchases made through Unlimited Reach LLC are considered final.

However, we do offer a fair resolution process if engagement results do not meet expectations. Please review our policy below.

1. General Policy

All services, subscriptions, and packages sold by Unlimited Reach LLC are non-refundable once work has begun. Due to the digital nature of our marketing campaigns and the customized work involved, we cannot reverse time or effort already invested in your account.

2. Engagement Minimum Money Back Guarantee Credit

If your engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, or other agreed-upon deliverables) are not met within 30 days of your package completion date, you may be eligible for a Service Credit equal to the full value of your original purchase.

  • The Service Credit is not a cash refund.

  • Credits can be applied toward any future package or service of your choosing.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days after the 30-day review period ends.

  • All engagement metrics must be measured using platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or similar).

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Service Credit, you must:

  • Have completed all steps required for your campaign (providing login info, media files, hashtags, etc.).

  • Not have paused or altered your campaign during the service period.

  • Provide proof of engagement metrics through screenshots or data reports if requested.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Credits or refunds will not be issued if:

  • The Client fails to provide required access or materials on time.

  • Engagement drops due to platform algorithm changes or policy updates.

  • The Client modifies their account (e.g., username, content removal, privacy settings) during the campaign.

  • Services were purchased during a promotional or discounted event.

5. How to Request a Credit

To request a Service Credit, please email our team at unlimitedreachllc@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Full name and business name

  2. Package purchased and completion date

  3. A brief explanation of why engagement metrics were not met

  4. Screenshots or analytics showing results

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with next steps.

6. Policy Updates

Unlimited Reach LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will always be available on this page.
